Position Overview:

The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Appliances Holding Company. This role is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the owner, and will be responsible for managing various operational functions including Standard Operating Procedures, Production Planning and Inventory Control, warehousing, logistics, and overall supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments.
- Ensure all operational activities are in line with the company's standards and policies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across all operational areas.
- Ensure SOP compliance and consistency throughout the organization.
- Lead the PPIC team to optimize production schedules, inventory levels, and material flow.
- Implement best practices to reduce production costs and improve product availability.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet demand forecasts and minimize downtime.
- Manage warehousing operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.
- Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for warehousing and logistics performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the electrical appliances or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of SOP development and implementation.
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
