About the job Junior Business Development / Sales
Responsibilities:
- It is required to have 3-5 years of similar expertise in Sales, particularly in developing New Sales Lead
- Strong relationships with multiple customers including Commercial and Industrial accounts is mandatory.
- A Hunter type, enjoy hunting new customer from B2B markets
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to engage with prospects.
- Present and demonstrate solar energy products and services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet sales quotas.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in 1-2 years B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Technical knowledge or understanding of solar energy systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
