Our Client, is prominent direct selling company is looking for National Sales Manager with requirement as follows : 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Regional Sales team, overseeing field activities, resource deployment, and staff development.
  • Coach and lead the team to uphold professional ethics, teamwork, and effective work practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with Distributor organizations, fostering trust for continuous growth of the Opportunity.
  • Monitor and create a conducive environment for Distributors to build a strong, ethical Business.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), guiding the team to achieve goals.
  • Deliver results based on established goals, success metrics, and budget constraints.
  • Focus on improving Distributor profitability and ensure effective execution of field activities.
  • Monitor Distributor activities and proactively implement solutions for a conducive environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in management, business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with expertise in distribution network management preferred.
  • Strong service orientation, relationship-building skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster an effective team environment.
  • Positive attitude, maturity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
