Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with digital trends and tools, applying them for effective marketing efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans, managing internal and external content seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create cohesive communication materials.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Marketing & Communications Team, reporting to the General Manager.
  • Set clear goals, offer regular performance feedback, and oversee budgets and external partnerships.
  • Foster team growth, encouraging skill development and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in the same field with a strong track record.
  • Management Skills: Proficiency in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) for a business.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead multifunctional organizations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing short and long-term strategies.
  • Brand Management: Experience leading global and iconic brands in nutrition, wellness, or beauty categories.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with leveraging digital, social, mobile, and emerging technology platforms for growth.
  • CRM and Data-Driven Marketing: Proficiency in leading customer relationship management and data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Team Building: Capability in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Distribution Knowledge: Exposure to complex channels and intermediated distribution systems.
