Maintenance Manager

Our client, a renowned company specializing in services related to Drilling, workover, and well service management, is actively seeking a Maintenance Manager. This role entails overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the achievement of productive targets and high-quality maintenance programs. Responsibilities encompass predictive and preventive maintenance implementation, staff supervision, equipment maintenance, project management for repairs, and upholding compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong managerial and supervisory aptitude
• Extensive expertise in oil and gas equipment maintenance, particularly in Drilling
• Proficiency in implementing predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives
• Demonstrated capability in managing routine maintenance and repair projects
• Exceptional understanding of maintenance management principles and practices
• Background in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems
• Outstanding communication and leadership proficiencies
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering
• Experience in resource allocation and budget management
