Overview:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Development Team on various development projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication. This role involves organizing reports, managing financial duties related to project expenditures, and serving as a liaison with senior management and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize, review, and manage PMCM (Project Management Construction Management), DM (Design Management), and audit reports.
    • Present reports and updates to directors and senior management.
    • Collaborate with the project development team to support the planning and execution of company development projects.
    • Assist the CFO in managing project-related cash flow.
    • Prepare expenditure reports and secure necessary approvals from the Board of Directors (BoD) or shareholders.
    • Act as a point of contact for Korean directors, facilitating communication between local and international teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing development projects, with strong project management expertise.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and reporting.
  • Excellent document management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the Korean language.
  • Experience in data center project management.
