Responsibilities :

- Provide training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the finance department to establish and manage the sales budget.
- Engage in negotiations with clients, distributors, and partners for favorable agreements.
- Work closely with the marketing team for effective promotional activities and brand-building.
- Ensure all sales activities align with In Lite LED quality standards and brand image.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in the LED industry with successful sales management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the LED industry, market trends, and technological advancements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
