Our client is one of the clean energy startup company is currently seeking the best candidate for the position of VP Sales with details as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

o Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of our Business Development (BD) and Partnership groups.
o Offer direction, assistance, and mentorship to BD and partnership team members, guaranteeing the successful implementation of strategies for prospecting, negotiation, and finalizing of accounts.
o Support the BD team in crafting and executing strategic approaches for prospecting and closing accounts.
Strategic Strategy Development:
o Collaborate closely with the company's leadership to shape and enhance Suryanesia's strategic course and market entry plan.
o Contribute insights and market expertise to guide strategic choices and optimize revenue creation.
o Detect new business prospects and innovative methods to enter desired markets and grow our client pool.
Performance Oversight:
o Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for the Sales and Partnerships units.
o Supervise team accomplishments in relation to set targets, providing regular input and guidance to encourage ongoing enhancement.
Enhancement of Processes:
o Proactively pinpoint opportunities for streamlining processes and attaining efficiency improvements in the Sales and Partnerships sectors.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to simplify sales procedures, amplify efficiency, and guarantee smooth coordination.
o Implement optimal practices and harness technology to enhance the overall efficiency and efficacy of sales operations.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum 7-10 years of professional Sales experience
- Ideally with a background in management consulting, 
- Overseas graduate is a plus
- Strong business and sales acumen
- Demonstrated experience in team management and the ability to establish teams from the ground up.
