Safety Manager - Mining Company 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement mining safety programs.

2. Conduct regular safety audits and hazard assessments.

3. Assess and mitigate risks associated with mining activities.

4. Collaborate with operational teams to enforce safe practices.

5. Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

6. Coordinate with authorities for preparedness and response.

7. Lead safety training programs for all levels.

8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

9. Oversee accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.

10. Manage EHS certifications and conduct internal audits.

11. Stay updated on industry best practices.

12. Prepare and submit safety reports to management.

13. Maintain accurate safety records.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years as a Safety Manager in mining.

3. CSP, OHST, or equivalent certifications.

4. In-depth understanding of mining safety regulations.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in Indonesian and English.

7. Able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
