Our client is a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality flour products. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Trade Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall sales objectives for the flour product line.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing flour products within the FMCG channel.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to secure optimal product placement, promotions, and brand visibility within the FMCG market.
  • Design and execute impactful trade marketing programs and in-store activities to drive sales of flour products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to identify opportunities and develop targeted trade marketing initiatives for the FMCG flour category.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns and trade shows specific to the FMCG flour market.
  • Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade media and industry influencers to generate positive brand awareness for the company's flour products within the FMCG sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a trade marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on food and beverage products.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG sales channel and the unique needs of distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing trade marketing budgets and ROI measurement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with trade marketing software and tools (a plus).
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills.
