Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a comparable technical services role, with additional value placed on familiarity with inspection equipment suppliers or printing machinery, offering a bonus advantage.
  • Hold a Diploma degree or higher education qualification, ideally in Mechanical, IT, Automation, or Electrical Engineering, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in relevant fields.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities, coupled with a diligent work ethic, self-driven initiative, and a collaborative team-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in mechanical and electrical concepts, capable of interpreting and producing basic technical drawings, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication in project implementations.
  • Skilled in utilizing office software such as Microsoft Office and WPS, along with a basic understanding of AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes, facilitating streamlined documentation and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in both spoken Chinese and English is required


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and improvement of product manuals and support materials.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, and training for vision inspection systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for clients.
  • Regularly visit customers for pre-sales assessments and post-sales support, fostering trust and loyalty through attentive service and problem-solving.
  • Execute machine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, guaranteeing minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Travel extensively nationwide and occasionally internationally to fulfill customer needs and uphold company standards of service excellence.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in machine vision and fiber optics technologies.
