On behalf of our client,  a leading local conglomerate in Indonesia, specializing in the plastic resin industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Director to join our client team and lead our marketing initiatives to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing communications, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the plastic resin industry.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain potential investors.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (as needed).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, such as Marketing Manager or General Manager.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with marketing strategy development, budgeting, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent understanding of current marketing trends and technologies, including digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in the plastic resin industry is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills (active English and passive Mandarin is a plus).
