Venture Builder (Senior Level)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Venture Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping new ventures stand up, scale, and sustain their growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking businesses from zero to success and possesses deep expertise in venture building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, implement business models, strategies, and plans to launch new ventures.

- Provide hands-on support to startups in areas such as product development, market entry, and business strategy.

- Assist in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and expanding market reach.

- Monitor performance, identify challenges, and provide solutions to drive continued success.

- Help startups establish strong operational foundations and adapt to evolving market conditions.

- Provide support in areas such as fundraising, strategic partnerships, and team building.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure venture success.

- Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture building, with a proven track record of helping businesses grow from inception.

- Strong experience in developing, scaling, and sustaining startups or new ventures.

- Expertise in business development, financial modeling, and market analysis and Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor startup teams effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

- Experience working in the Indonesian market and understanding of local business dynamics is a plus.
