This role is pivotal for driving strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and capital investments, to support the company's growth and innovation objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and M&A, with proven experience in leading complex projects and developing financial strategies.
Responsibility :
- Oversee the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and capital investments, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and strategic vision.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support the analysis of potential transactions, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential M&A transactions, including financial, operational, and strategic evaluations, and collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive analysis.
- Lead negotiations with potential targets and partners, managing the process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating risks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for senior executives and board members, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and strategic implications.
- Manage the integration process for acquired entities or new partnerships, overseeing the execution of integration plans, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring seamless operational alignment.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats, leveraging this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, investment banks, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate transaction execution and stay informed about market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies for capital raising, including equity and debt financing, to support the company's growth plans and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and strategy, to ensure the successful execution of corporate development initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of completed transactions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement based on post-transaction analysis and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards throughout the transaction process, including adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Requirement:
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing complex projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, including successful transaction execution and integration.
- Proven background in corporate finance, with a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing high-stakes negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and recommendations to senior executives and board members through clear and concise reports and presentations.
