Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with logistics goals.
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and consolidation.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cost control, revenue, and cash flow management.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
- Analyze distribution and logistics costs, including fleet operations and warehousing.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the distribution network.
- Implement tools to monitor and track operational efficiency.
- Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and bank relationships.
- Optimize supplier payment cycles and receivables collection to maintain liquidity.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to support strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and streamline financial processes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives for improved data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
- At least 3-5 years in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with cost control and financial analysis in logistics and supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to regional offices or warehouses as needed.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
