Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and reviews to strengthen relationships.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key industry players.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the data center colocation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry, preferred in data center industry with hyperscale and large enterprise connects
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
