Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

    • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Conduct regular customer meetings and reviews to strengthen relationships.
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
    • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
      • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
      • Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
      • Manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
      • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
        • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key industry players.
        • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
        • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop growth strategies.

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
        • Proven experience in customer relationship management and marketing roles.
        • Strong understanding of the data center colocation industry.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Strong organizational and time management skills.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry, preferred in data center industry with hyperscale and large enterprise connects
        • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
        • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
