As a Sales Lead specializing in HR Products (HRIS) at, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the HR technology industry. You will leverage your deep understanding of HRIS solutions and your proven sales experience to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the HR industry.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our HRIS solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals on favorable terms and conditions.
- Sales Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to achieve their goals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it is well-managed and progressing towards closure.
