Finance Operations Manager

Job Description

• Conduct credit assessments for potential customers before onboarding.
• Manage finance operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, implement and monitor Internal Control Systems, and provide training to branches for continuous improvement.
• Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead and execute corporate transformation projects.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audit checks and coordination.
• Follow up with overdue customers to ensure timely collections.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or CA.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Strong leadership skills and motivation to overcome challenges.
• Demonstrates high level of ethics and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations including VAT, CIT, and withholding tax.
