Strategy Consultant

Role Summary:

As a Strategy Consultant, you will support project execution, collaborate with senior consultants, and contribute to delivering high-impact business solutions. You will engage with diverse industries, tackling complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your own workstream, prepare materials, and facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project execution.
• Assist in designing business cases and developing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or operations consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in digital transformation or technology-focused projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to results.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, primarily in Indonesia.
