About the job Learning & Development Specialist
Responsibilities
- Develop and align talent development strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify talent gaps and design programs to address skill needs.
- Implement initiatives to enhance organizational structure and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs (leadership, technical skills, soft skills).
- Continuously evaluate and improve programs using feedback and performance data.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs for improved team performance.
- Utilize LMS, e-learning platforms, and other digital tools for program delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Masters preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent development, ideally in IT Services, Tech, Telco industries.
- Proven experience in designing and executing L&D programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and LMS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
