We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with experience in financial services and a strong background in canvassing for retail clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, driving sales of our financial products, and achieving revenue goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of financial products, and a proactive approach to canvassing and building a client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Canvass for New Clients:
- Identify and approach retail clients, generating leads through canvassing and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the financial services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential retail clients and expand outreach efforts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Proactively follow up with clients to understand their evolving financial needs and recommend suitable products.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Promote financial products, including loans, credit services, and other relevant offerings, tailored to the retail sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively close deals and drive revenue.
- Product Knowledge and Advisory:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys financial products and services to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Educate clients on product benefits and features, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly update sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to team goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the financial services industry, specifically in canvassing for retail clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial products and services tailored to the retail sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
