Our client is one of the largest FMCG manufacturer and importer with coverage all around Indonesia. Their operations is supported by the multiple distribution hubs in all major islands across the country. As one of the leading FMCG player in Indonesia, they are looking for talented individuals to help maintain their growth.

Job Description 

  • Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Oversee and improve current operational processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the Supply Chain Subdivision like Warehouse, Inventory, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, etc.
  • Manage good communication with senior leaderships and departmental heads to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Develop and manage SOP & Work Instruction (WI) and new operations initiatives based on trends in technology and development.
  • Provide key findings and support  COO on a monthly/quarterly basis and making sure everyday operation is running smoothly. 
  • Reporting directly to the CEO of the company

Successful Applicant must have : 

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of combined experience in managing end to end supply chain
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
  • Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas
  • Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
  • English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skill.
