We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of HC / Recruitment to lead our client talent acquisition efforts and build a best-in-class team across our fast-growing F&B company. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding and integrating them into our dynamic culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with our business goals and growth plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and talent acquisition agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment budget effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Head of HC / Recruitment role, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and executing high-impact recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the current talent landscape and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
