As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions at the companys plant in Cilegon. You will develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive a positive work culture.

Key Responsibility : 

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with plant leadership to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for plant positions.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a harmonious workplace.
  • Build strong relationships with labor unions and manage negotiations.
  • Implement performance management frameworks to drive employee growth.
  • Develop training programs to enhance workforce skills and career progression.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Manage payroll processing, salary structures, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee HR budgeting and cost optimization efforts.
  • Establish and optimize HR policies, SOPs, and operational workflows.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace safety and employee well-being.
  • Lead HR digitalization efforts to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in union management and negotiations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, factory/plant environment.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling multiple plant locations is a plus.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) are an advantage.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
