They're seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and performance insights to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support planning, forecasting, and investment evaluations.
  • Prepare and present management reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards to local and regional stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL management, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS and company policies.
  • Monitor and control operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow, ensuring financial discipline and efficiency.
  • Manage tax compliance and coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure timely filing and adherence to local regulations.
  • Support internal control and process improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment and financial accountability across teams.
  • Coordinate and support audit activities (both internal and external) and ensure audit readiness.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, ensuring skill development and effective collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CFA certification is an advantage.
  • Min. 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally with exposure to Big 4 audit firms or fast paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance under PSAK/IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
