This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and delivery. The Solution Architect will support complex pre-sales engagements, define solution blueprints, and ensure that proposed solutions are commercially viable, technically sound, and executable on a scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Planning: Lead channel planning and optimization initiatives to improve performance, coverage, and operational effectiveness.
- Performance Analytics: Oversee market monitoring and analytics to generate actionable insights that enhance channel outcomes and partner productivity.
- Governance & Compliance: Manage operational governance including SOPs, policy frameworks, budget controls, and payment processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Align channel initiatives with sales, GTM, and regional priorities to ensure unified commercial execution.
- Partner Communication: Develop structured communication and engagement programs to strengthen collaboration, clarity, and service quality with channel partners.
- Operational Enablement: Support digital migration and operational improvement initiatives across channel processes and platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in execution and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and channel effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in channel planning, channel operations, or commercial strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of channel governance, performance management, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working in complex, multi-channel or large-scale commercial environments.
- Ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
