Job Purpose
To serve as the strategic architect of the people function, overseeing a complex, multi-site workforce. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategy with aggressive commercial growth, ensuring industrial relations stability across diverse operational environments, and fostering a high-performance culture that bridges the gap between traditional industrial excellence and modern, tech-enabled distribution.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Transformation:
Develop and execute a multi-year HR roadmap that supports the group's expansion and modernization goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development for a diversified group.
-Industrial Relations & Compliance:
Lead the Industrial Relations strategy, maintaining harmonious relationships with unions and local communities across manufacturing and logistics sites.
-Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Law/UU Cipta Kerja) and health and safety standards (K3).
-Distribution & Operational Excellence:
Optimize workforce planning for large-scale, 24/7 supply chain operations, including warehouse, fleet management, and manufacturing teams.
Implement productivity-linked incentive schemes and performance management systems tailored to a high-mobility and high-volume workforce.
-Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Strengthen the employer brand to attract top-tier talent from global industrial, FMCG, and logistics sectors.
-Oversee high-volume recruitment for field and regional operations while managing specialized executive searches.
-Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
Design a competitive grading and benefits structure that ensures retention and internal equity across the group's diverse business units.
Oversee payroll operations and HRIS implementation to drive data-driven people decisions across the national network.
-Culture & Change Management:
Drive a unified corporate culture that emphasizes accountability, operational safety, and customer-centricity.
Lead change management initiatives related to digital transformation and supply chain automation.
Qualifications & Experience
Academic: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or Business Management.
Professional: 15–20 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a Director or "Head of" level role.
Sector Expertise: Mandatory background in Diversified Industrial/FMCG environments OR Large Distribution and Logistics.
Competencies:
Expert-level Industrial Relations and labor union negotiation skills.
Proven experience managing a workforce of 3,000+ employees across multiple locations.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link HR metrics to P&L outcomes.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
