We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Marketing & Sales (GM) to lead the commercial operations of a leading healthcare products business. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales management within the healthcare consumer sector, ideally with exposure across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies to expand market share across Southeast Asia.

  • Provide strategic leadership to the commercial team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and growth targets.

  • Lead product positioning, brand management, and go-to-market initiatives for the healthcare portfolio.

  • Oversee sales performance across markets, distributors, and channel partners to ensure consistent execution and profitability.

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channel expansions.

  • Direct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and pricing strategies.

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and regional stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure commercial excellence and compliance.

  • Mentor and develop the marketing and sales teams, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.

  • Represent the company in regional meetings, trade events, and business negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales leadership roles within the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record in regional sales management and SEA market exposure, ideally in wound care or related healthcare product lines.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other SEA languages is an advantage).

  • Willingness to travel regionally to manage markets and partnerships.
