About the job Head of Marketing & Sales (GM Level)
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Marketing & Sales (GM) to lead the commercial operations of a leading healthcare products business. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales management within the healthcare consumer sector, ideally with exposure across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies to expand market share across Southeast Asia.

Provide strategic leadership to the commercial team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and growth targets.

Lead product positioning, brand management, and go-to-market initiatives for the healthcare portfolio.

Oversee sales performance across markets, distributors, and channel partners to ensure consistent execution and profitability.

Identify and develop new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channel expansions.

Direct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and pricing strategies.

Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and regional stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure commercial excellence and compliance.

Mentor and develop the marketing and sales teams, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.

Represent the company in regional meetings, trade events, and business negotiations.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales leadership roles within the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record in regional sales management and SEA market exposure, ideally in wound care or related healthcare product lines.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other SEA languages is an advantage).

Willingness to travel regionally to manage markets and partnerships.
