Senior Power BI developer – Performance Management

Role: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Porto (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI data visualization, data modelling, and dashboard development
• Proven experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (Cloud)
• Strong experience designing and building interactive dashboards and reports
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and complex data modelling
• Experience working with Power Apps and Dataverse tables
• Experience with Gen1 and Gen2 Dataflows in Power BI
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience implementing advanced data visualization techniques
• Ability to design and illustrate BI architecture diagrams
• Experience ensuring connectivity between multiple data sources and BI tools
• Experience monitoring and optimizing BI solutions for performance, scalability, and security
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
• Experience supporting KPI analysis and performance management reporting
• Experience with custom Power BI visuals and enterprise-scale performance optimization
• Experience integrating APIs, custom connectors, and data pipelines (nice to have)
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
• Experience creating reusable BI templates and development frameworks
• Fluent English (C2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or predictive modelling
• Power BI or Microsoft Data Analytics certifications
