IAM/CIAM Specialist (Salesforce)

Role: CIAM Specialist Salesforce & ForgeRock

Location: Remote (Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt)

Required skills:

University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a CIAM Specialist (or equivalent)
Proven experience with Salesforce Customer Identity
Experience working with ForgeRock as an Identity Provider (IDP), including configuration of realms, journeys, and identity trees
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure CIAM solutions
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

Certifications (valued):

Salesforce Identity and Access Management Designer
ForgeRock Certified Specialist

Tasks:

Design and implement CIAM solutions using Salesforce integrated with ForgeRock IDP
Configure and maintain federated authentication via SAML 2.0, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect between Salesforce and ForgeRock
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure SSO, MFA, social login, and consent management
Ensure interoperability between Salesforce and ForgeRock, including identity provisioning, attribute synchronization, and session management
Support the definition of access policies and adaptive authentication based on context and risk
Produce technical documentation and support internal training on CIAM best practices
Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of CIAM solutions
