Role: Camunda/BPMN Process Orchestration Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon/Porto/Fundão, Portugal

Requirements:

• 5+ years overall, including 2+ years hands-on Camunda
• Strong hands-on experience with Camunda, ideally Camunda 8.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling.
• Experience in workflow orchestration, process automation or BPM platforms.
• Ability to perform process discovery, process design and process optimisation.
• Backend development background, preferably with Java, Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise backend technologies.
• Experience integrating workflows with REST APIs, microservices and external systems.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills.
