Role: Program Manager

Location: 100% Remote, Portugal/Brazil

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in English
