Role: M365 Expert | Insurance
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace or Workplace Adoption roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Workplace tools (M365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows 10/11)
• Experience in user adoption processes, UX, communication and training
• Experience producing technical and educational documentation (user guides, knowledge base, communications)
• Experience managing internal communities or IT support networks
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, ITIL Change or similar)
• Experience collecting and analysing user feedback to drive improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of IT support processes and Service Desk environments
• Experience delivering training sessions and train-the-trainer programs
• Ability to collaborate with Security, IAM and Cybersecurity teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• French is a plus
