Role: Data Engineer
Location: Porto (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong experience with Python, PySpark and SQL
• Experience working with Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Data Factory
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data transformations
• Experience developing data products across bronze, silver and gold layers
• Knowledge of data modelling techniques (Data Vault, Dimensional, ER models)
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Git)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Familiarity with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview or Databricks Unity Catalog
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
