Role: Business / Technical Analyst

Location: Remote Portugal

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments;
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and scope definition for complex technology projects;
• Strong networking knowledge, including Access Networks, Routing Protocols, Peering and Network Architectures;
• Experience with network automation and orchestration platforms;
• Experience with Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP);
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS environments and telecom operational processes;
• Expertise in telecom corporate services, including Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS Services, Ethernet Carrier Services and Giganet;
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation;
• Experience with architecture documentation, including HLD, LLD and solution designs;
• Ability to create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams;
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose;
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset;
• Spanish proficiency at B2 level;
• English proficiency at B2 level.
