Senior Performance Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join our team.

Location: Hybrid - Lisbon or Porto.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
• Min. 4 years of experience as a Performance Engineer;
• Experience in performance testing (eCommerce applications);
• Solid experience Performance test load generation using JMeter.
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Knowledge of DynaTrace, AppDynamics or NewRelic;
• Experience with performance problem determination and root cause analysis;
• Proven experience working on Linux and Cloud (AWS or Google) environments;
• Experience tuning highly scalable applications;
• Experienced in pinpointing performance issues in live systems;
• Backend testing skills in databases (DB2, Oracle);
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders;
• Highly organized professional; 
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
