Business Analyst (Salesforce)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (with experience in SFDC Service Cloud) to join our team.

Location: Porto, Hybrid.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas;
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Solid experience with SFDC Service Cloud;
• Knowledge of Health Cloud;
• Experience in requirements gathering/user story creation;
• Experience developing support documentation (flows, mockups, and system/technical interface diagrams, etc.); 
• Experience communicating effectively with business users;
• Experience developing test plans, test activities, lead UAT exercises and help execute test components;
• Experience in the development of reports/dashboards using SFDC report builder, Wave or other BI tools;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated;
• Good priority management and organization skills;
• Results and detail-oriented person;
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Ability to adapt;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
