Role: Helpdesk Analyst 

Location: Porto Feliz, State of São Paulo, Brazil

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Contact with suppliers and warranty claim
• Replacement of parts (power supplies, hard drives, memory, etc.). 
• Software Management: Management and updating of software approved by the client; 
• Analysis and identification of faults in installed software
• Installation, updating, or uninstallation of software requiring local intervention
• Equipment configuration and installation
• VPN configuration. Installation of devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
• Moving, installing, and adding equipment
• Formatting devices and installing Windows images
• Cleaning and preparing returned hardware;
