Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions across backend and frontend layers
• Strong focus on backend automation and advanced automation frameworks
• Automate APIs / REST services and frontend (UI) interfaces
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker)
• Develop and manage test automation within DevOps workflows (e.g., JIRA / TFS)
• Automate testing in SAP environments
• Automate mobile testing scenarios
• Create and maintain automated test cases (BDD / Gherkin, Keyword Driven)
• Use GIT for version control and collaboration
• Apply CI/CD principles in automation workflows
• Build reusable automation components and frameworks
• Continuously optimize and improve automation solutions
• Experience with automation tools such as TestPath and Worksoft
• +6 years of experience in test automation
• Strong experience in backend and advanced automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
• ISTQB Certification (nice to have)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (nice to have)
• Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Spanish is a plus
