Role: Senior Java Developer

Location: Lisbon, Hybrid

Required Skills:

• Senior Software Engineer / IT Team Lead with at least 5 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and leading technical teams in delivery environments
• Background in electronic trading platforms or other high-load distributed systems, with Oracle Coherence as a plus
• Proven experience in migration and refactoring projects to modern technology stacks and architectures
• Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Expert-level knowledge of Core Java (SE), including multi-threading, low-latency systems, and performance optimization
• Practical experience with C# in enterprise development environments
