Role: Senior Mainframe Developer (COBOL / DB2)

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid

Requirements:

• Senior profile with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience

• Higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Interest in developing knowledge within the insurance sector

• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization

• Previous experience working in Application Maintenance (AM) / Service
• Management models and interest in this type of project
• Interest in projects involving corrective maintenance, incident analysis, bug fixing, and ticketing
• Ability to implement and maintain projects, as well as identify alternative solutions
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, particularly in incident resolution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in closed-scope projects or AM environments involving COGEN, COBOL, CICS, JCL2, SPUFI, SQL (MS SQL Server), and the Mainframe ecosystem

• Experience with relational databases, preferably IBM DB2
