Role: Functional Analyst
Location: Portugal (Remote)

Required skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Functional Analysis within tailor-made web development projects
• Experience gathering and analysing business and stakeholder requirements
• Experience documenting requirements through functional specifications, use cases, flow diagrams, and other functional artefacts
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams
• Ability to clarify and validate functional requirements to ensure implemented functionalities match defined specifications
• Experience with Oracle / SQL, including queries and procedures
• Experience in technical and functional analysis
• Experience with Feature Files and RUP methodology
• Knowledge of data modelling
• Experience creating Use Cases, Diagrams, Flowcharts, and Prototypes
• Experience using SVN
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
