Role: Business Analyst - APPIAN

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Required Skills:

• First significant experience on APPIAN or other Business Process Management platform-based applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies
• Proficiency in business process modeling and mapping tools
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in business process analysis and design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• English communication skills mandatory
