Role: Application Security Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

Professional experience in delivery coordination, project management, service management, or team coordination within IT, Cybersecurity, or Application Security
Strong experience with JIRA, Kanban boards, dashboards, backlog management, task tracking, and delivery reporting
Experience coordinating Application Security activities such as security assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking
Experience with Secure SDLC initiatives and application security processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract relevant information from technical teams and present clear updates to stakeholders
Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into delivery plans, risks, and business-oriented decisions
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive actions to closure
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including security engineers, developers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and management
Fluent English (spoken and written)
