Junior Procurement Process Specialist GERMAN Speaker

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• Good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent knowledge of German (C1)
• Be proficient in MS-Excel
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be well organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Experience in procurement department will be an advantage
• Valid work permit for Poland or EU ID

What duties will help you grow?

• Is responsible for first line helpdesk support for stakeholders and suppliers, escalates queries to senior team members if necessary· Is responsible for internal database changes
• Processes routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval)
• Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
• Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identifies improvement opportunities
• Handles administrative duties relating to purchases, including tracking orders and ensuring records are kept up to date
