Finance Associate - Growth & Fundraising

Adore Global Ops is looking for a high-performance Finance Associate (Growth & Fundraising) to work directly with the founders on financial strategy, investor engagement, and scaling the business towards its next valuation milestone.

This is not a routine finance role.
You will be involved in real fundraising activities, financial planning, and strategic decision-making across Southeast Asia operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models, projections, and scenario analysis
• Support development of investor pitch decks and fundraising materials
• Build and manage investor pipeline and outreach tracking
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential investor leads
• Track and analyse business performance across multiple markets
• Support growth planning and funding strategy with founders

Requirements

• Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
• 2-5 years experience in finance, consulting, investment, or related fields
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling capability
• Analytical and structured thinking, comfortable working with numbers
• Strong interest in startups, venture capital, or fundraising
• High ownership, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
