Wine Adore is building the future of wine discovery through our Wine Super App, immersive tasting experiences, AI-powered recommendations, and Singapore's largest corkage fee directory.

We're looking for a Consumer Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives for the Singapore market from our Johor office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, consumer behavior, partnerships, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies across digital channels
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ecosystem, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Build and manage influencer, creator, and strategic partnership programs
  • Design and execute community-building, referral, and retention initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Media, Sales, and Leadership teams to drive user growth and engagement
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to support growth planning and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience scaling consumer apps, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, membership businesses, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Experience managing influencer marketing and partnership campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution and experimentation
  • Experience marketing to Singapore consumers is a strong advantage
