Americon is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations in our uptown, Pittsburgh office. Americon is a regional disaster recovery company with offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. This position focuses on the Pittsburgh office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Bookkeeping
    • Manage payroll, invoices, and expenses
    • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
  • Operations
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
    • Manage inventory control and ordering supplies
    • Coordinate dispatch and logistics
  • General Management
    • Maintain office organization and efficiency
  • Basic Qualifications
    • 5-10 years of office management experience
    • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks)
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
