This is a 10 month Temp to Hire position. Candidate must be fully vaccinated and booster if eligible. Will also need to show proof. This will require a MVR good driving record and own reliable transportation. The position is one that covers multiple customer locations in New Jersey, covering for the on-site team if they are out sick, on a vacation day/week, or just for additional support, etc.


The Area Customer Service Coordinator will handle all customer support tasks by supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area with varying sizes.

 Occasionally, they are required to support various locations for reasons that may include vacation, absences, training, implementations, etc. throughout assigned operational area.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a flexible schedule and ability to travel locally.



Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists with onboarding new team members and cross training peers
  • Assists management with process improvement, procedural testing and validation and ensuring
    field compliance with operational best practices.
  • Knowledgeable of all contracted services within assigned customer accounts
  • Provides, executes, and supports all aspects of services, which entails traveling to and from
    various accounts.
  • Creates and maintains a customer-focused environment
    Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback.
    Responsible for escalating customer issue
