Qualified Professional - Intensive Home Health Care
Location: Greenville, NC
Hourly Rate: $20 - $23 per hour (Approximately $43,000 - $47,000 per year)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
WSA is looking for empathetic and skilled Qualified Professionals to provide exceptional care in our intensive home health care program. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients in Greenville, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic support and interventions to clients in their homes.
- Assist in developing and monitoring treatment plans.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in care planning.
- Work closely with Licensed Professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with NC Board of Health standards and maintain detailed records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Experience in mental health or home health care is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
